Terms & Conditions

Full payment for the tour is due upon reservation but no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. No refunds or credits shall be given within 30 days of the departure date of the tour. Any partial or full payments made to hold a space are non-refundable and forfeited within 30 days of the departure date of the tour. Happy Travels is located at P.O. Box 260828, Encino CA 91316. Any payments made by credit cards are full and final when made within 30 days of the departure date of the tour.

Purchaser of said tour is given an itinerary that includes the general tour, hotels, travel dates (from LAX) and number of meals throughout the tour. Accommodations and tour as listed on the itinerary may be changed by Happy Travels at any time. Purchaser accepts all liability that he/she may cause and agrees to indemnify Happy Travels.

Happy Travels is not responsible for any lost luggage or any incidents that may occur in the course of travel to and from the tour or during the tour. Travel insurance may be purchased by traveler on their own.

Happy Travels warrants that no promises or inducements have been offered for this agreement other than as set forth herein and that this agreement is executed without reliance upon any other promises or representations. No modification, termination or attempted waiver of this Tour Contract shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the purchaser/traveler and Elizabeth Norohian of Happy Travels.
